After a deer t-boned our Honda CR-V, we had the dreaded job of dealing with insurance, damage estimates, car rental. Nightmare. We wanted to find a body shop close to us with good reviews. That led us to Ochs Auto Body in Franklin. To make a long story short, Larry, the owner, was very professional, courteous, easy to work with, and very accommodating. We dropped the car off on Monday. It was finished on Thursday. Incredible. The deer pretty much took out the whole left side of the vehicle. The workmanship was off the charts, beyond our expectations. Larry even fixed some items he found broken while doing the repair that were not even on the quote. I would use his services again in a heartbeat. When we picked up the car, it looked like it was just rolled out of the showroom. Awesome business!
